Mark Bobrowski, Massachusetts Housing Appeals Committee Reporter Commentator

Mark Bobrowski Mark Bobrowski teaches Massachusetts zoning, Administrative Law, Local Government, and Property at the New England School of Law. An accomplished land use expert with a deep understanding of Massachusetts affordable housing issues, Mr. Bobrowski authored the Handbook of Massachusetts Land Use and Planning Law (2nd edition, 2002, supplemented annually) and has written prolifically on matters pertaining to city and town government. A Massachusetts attorney and member of the New England School of Law faculty since 1986, he has worked with New England communities on growth control, economic development, and resource conservation. In addition to his many other accomplishments, Mr Bobrowski served on the task force examining Massachusetts affordable housing law.
Mr. Bobrowski appears often before the Housing Appeals Committee on behalf of Massachusetts cities and towns. His Massachusetts law firm, Blatman, Bobrowski & Mead, along with a cross functional team including traffic and civil engineers, wetlands experts, landscape architects, and other professionals, has reviewed comprehensive permit applications as legal counsel to the Board of Appeals of numerous municipalities
