Richard
J. Gallogly is a partner in
the Boston law firm of Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster and
a member of that firms Environmental Department. Mr.
Gallogly practices principally in the areas of environmental
and land-use permitting, with expertise representing public-
and private-sector clients on matters concerning zoning, subdivision,
wetlands, historic preservation, environmental-impact review,
the federal Clean Water Act, federal Clean Air Act, CERCLA,
RCRA, and Chapter 21E.
Mr. Gallogly is active in the Environmental
Law Division of the Boston Bar Association and the Natural
Resources Section of the American Bar Association. His recent
published works include contributions to the Massachusetts
Z oning Manual, published by Massachusetts Continuing
Legal Education, and ongoing authorship of commentaries on
noteworthy Land Court decisions, published quarterly in the
Land Court Reporter by Landlaw, Inc.
Mr. Gallogly received his B.A. from Wesleyan
University and his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College
Law School.
