The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection issues administrative law decisions relating to air quality, hazardous waste, rivers, solid waste, Title 5 (the State Environmental Code), waterways, and wetlands. Landlaw's DEP Reporter (DEPR) has published these decisions every other month since 1994.
