Housing Appeals
Chapter 40B, Massachusetts’s “Anti-Snob” Zoning Law, has become an important practice area for Massachusetts attorneys and consultants. Adopted by the Legislature in 1969, 40B provides developers with important tools to expedite local permitting for affordable-housing projects. Until now, there has never been any Reporter dedicated to this important area of Massachusetts law. Landlaw’s new Reporter for the first time provides expert subject-matter indices for Committee decisions as well as important ongoing commentary by experts in the field. And copies of all the Committee’s decisions since 1970. If you are at all active in this field, this publication is not optional, it’s a “must have.”
WHAT DOES THE MHAC REPORTER INCLUDE?

paper and on a searchable CD-ROM.
A comprehensive subject-matter index and digests of these decisions by Administrative Magistrate Mark L. Silverstein of the Division of Administrative Law Appeals.

Ted Regnante of Regnante, Sterio & Osborne that provides contrasting points of view from both
a municipal and developer perspective.
