Chapter 40B, Massachusetts’s “Anti-Snob” Zoning Law, has become an important practice area for Massachusetts attorneys and consultants. Adopted by the Legislature in 1969, 40B provides developers with important tools to expedite local permitting for affordable-housing projects. Until now, there has never been any Reporter dedicated to this important area of Massachusetts law.
