Newsclips Zoning Warning Service

The service is designed to prevent property owners from being surprised by zoning changes that devalue property, restrict its uses, or make development more difficult. Newsclips helps its subscribers become proactive and participate at the early stages of the political process when they can be more effective. It is also helpful to those writing zoning opinions because they must be aware of legally noticed changes affecting the property.

Our Newsclips service warns you of upcoming changes. Subscribers sign up on a town-by-town basis and are notified by email when a new hearing notice is added to the database for a town to which you have subscribed. The service features copies of legal notices for zoning hearings made available to our subscribers in a PDF format. We also give our subscribers access to our cumulative on-line database of these zoning-hearing notices. To check for notices from communities of interest, subscribers simply log into their Newsclips account to review the legal notices.

Subscriptions are for a period of one year with steep discounts for multiple subscriptions.
