Rachel Watsky is an associate attorney at WatskyLaw out of Dedham, Massachusetts, with a focus in environmental permitting and regulatory issues, land use and zoning, and administrative law. She represents clients before local boards, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and in Superior Court and Land Court. Prior to joining the practice in 2018, Rachel was a judicial intern at Land Court for two judges in 2016 and 2017, interned at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection’s Office of General Counsel in 2017, and did clinical work for a local legal environmental nonprofit and for a committee at the Massachusetts State House.
