under Chapter 40B, the Commonwealth's anti-"snob zoning" law. He has represented real estate developers throughout Massachusetts before municipal zoning boards, the Housing Appeals Committee and the courts. A Massachusetts real estate attorney with years of experience, he was a member of the Department of Housing and Community Development Advisory Committee which was the catalyst for the creation of revised rules and procedures at the Housing Appeals Committee.
